Miner Inventory Asset Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety by following all established guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Proper use of the Field Level Hazard Assessment as one of the communication tools.
  • Operating mobile equipment such as telehandler to unload and load any materials.
  • Responsible for receiving parts, and ensuring all incoming items are counted, categorized, labeled properly, and ensuring data is inputted in the inventory sheet.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory including tracking miner moves, replenishing stocks, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies in the warehouse, DC buildings and repair shack.
  • Direct and lead scheduled miner deliveries while managing quality control throughout the process.
  • Daily contact with management and maintenance/electrical team when necessary to ensure the greatest accuracy of stock and smooth flow of goods.
  • Responsible for processing inbound and outbound shipments while keeping communication with suppliers and vendors to make sure items are received and shipped on time.
  • Tracking the location, and status of company assets, such as miners, electrical equipment, and tools.
  • Responsible for keeping the warehouse in clean condition.
  • Organizing filing systems and other administrative duties.
  • Contribute to the team effort by helping with any tasks onsite as needed.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Competencies include:

  • Having years of relevant experience in this position.
  • Computer skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Must have a valid ticket for telehandler or skid steer and is competent to operate equipment.
  • Ability to properly prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in using Inventory Management Systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft office including Word and Excel
