Mr. Bartholomew is an experienced Non-Executive Director, currently serving on the Boards of Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX), Endeavour Energy, Power & Water Corporation and Keolis Downer as well as chairing an Executive Committee at AusNet Services (ASX:AST).
Mr. Bartholomew is the former CEO of DUET Group (ASX: DUE), a listed energy and utilities company which was sold to CKI for over AUD$7.4bn in 2017

its sale to New York Digital Investment Group LLC in November 2020. Mr.
Alfred has served as an Advisor to the CEO
of Amenify, a real estate technology company, since July 2020.
Mr. Alfred has served on the Board of Directors of Crestone Group, LLC, a national artisan bakery, since March 2015; and Eaglebrook Advisors, a tech-driven digital asset management platform for financial advisors and their clients, since September 2019.

Mr. Guzowski has 10+ years’ international experience in renewable energy project development across Europe & Australia. Chris is the Founder of Baltic Wind (100MW+ wind) and Mithra Energy (10+ solar PV projects). Mr. Guzowski is the Project Development Director and partner of Photon Energy and Canadian Solar, with a ~$1bn (1GW) solar PV pipeline under development in Australia. Mr. Guzowski is the Founding Director of ADCCA Australian Digital Currency Commerce Association.

Ms. Parasuraman is a senior technology executive who has built and scaled world-class teams at Meta (Facebook), VMware, Genentech, and Apple. Ms. Parasuraman most recently served as the Head of Investments, New Product Experimentation at Meta (Facebook) and, prior to that, served as Facebook’s Global Head of Treasury and Head of Treasury for Facebook’s blockchain initiative (Libra).
Ms. Parasuraman currently serves on the Board of Baldwin Risk Partners (NASDAQ: BRP), a leading publicly-traded insurance distribution company, where she is a member of its Audit and Cyber Risk Committees. She also serves on the Board of the IIT Bombay Heritage Foundation as well as its Finance, Governance & Nomination Committees.

Daniel has over 20 years’ experience across finance, infrastructure and renewables. He previously exited as the 2nd largest individual shareholder in infrastructure fund manager, Palisade Investment Partners (billions in AUM across 23 businesses) and, prior to that, worked with Macquarie Capital and PwC across Sydney and London. Daniel is currently on the board of JOLT, a Blackrock-backed EV charging business where he is also the 2nd largest individual shareholder. His Bitcoin journey began in 2013/14 when he bought high and sold low and then went on to co-found Iren with his brother, Will Roberts, in 2018.
