With direct connection to the ERCOT grid, both Sweetwater 1 and Sweetwater 2 feature multiple fiber paths, delivering <10ms latency to the nearest hyperscaler regions. Procurement and site works are underway to support the energization of the 1,400MW bulk substation (345kV/138kV) as well as primary substations (138kV/34.5kV) at Sweetwater 1.
