BCUC Application

PodTech Data Centers Inc. (“PodTech”), an Iris Energy Limited subsidiary, recently made an application to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (“BCUC”) for an exemption under Section 88 of the Utilities Commission Act (British Columbia) in respect of the resale of electricity, supplied by BC Hydro to PodTech’s CRC Substation at 9018 Grainger Road, Canal Flats, BC, to purchasers whose facilities are connected to the CRC Substation and associated electrical infrastructure owned by PodTech. Per Order G-99-22A from the BCUC, PodTech is hereby posting a copy of the order from BCUC, and interested parties can seek further details in relation to the application here.
