While we treat your personal information as confidential, we may disclose your personal information to the recipients set out below for the purposes (and lawful basis) described above, each on a needs-to-know basis:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are offered and accept employment or a contractor role with us, the personal information we collect during the application and recruitment process will become part of your employment or contractor record (as applicable), and we may process, use, hold, communicate and disclose it in connection with your employment or engagement as a contractor consistent with our employee and contractor privacy policies.
