From the very beginning, we have been focused on driving positive change and impact on the communities in which we operate. Partnering with local businesses and community groups, we offer:

Local employment and economic support to regional communities facing financial hardship
Funding for local community recreational infrastructure and volunteer groups
Partnerships with local schools and training authorities to develop maintenance and technology upskilling programs for technicians, network specialists and other operational roles
Support for community sustainability programs that seek to build or enhance community sustainability, such as those using renewable energy, recycling or community gardens
Funding for programs promoting diversity, inclusion and community safety
Grants for programs and organizations promoting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)

Each year our team hand-selects programs within each region, based on their purpose, community contribution, social value, and overall level of impact.

In September, up to $100,000 is awarded to selected programs as part of our social impact commitment - supporting those in the community who are creating lasting, meaningful change.
