Responsibilities :

Reporting to the ​Site Manager​ the ​Site Administrator​ is responsible for…

  • Process invoices, receipts, and cost coding; manage coordination of payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain site, contractor and visitor calendars.
  • Manage office supplies, PPE, and equipment orders; track purchase orders and shipments.
  • Keep shared spaces clean and organized; maintain site files, including permits and insurance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring professional interactions.
  • Arrange package shipments and manage IT hardware requests.
  • Oversee key tracking systems and ensure radios and site equipment are operational.
  • Assist with planning staff events, corporate visits, and team activities.
  • Handle correspondence and inquiries from external organizations.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functionality.

Desired Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar office administration or management role.
  • Diploma in Business Administration preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Teams.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with ease.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful with creative problem-solving abilities
